Tuition Reimbursement

Receive up to 90% reimbursement for tuition, fees and books, up to annual limits and a lifetime cap, for courses taken at an accredited college or university. Courses must be directly related to your job or to one you could reasonably obtain at Caterpillar. To be eligible, you must be a regular full-time or part-time employee.
