Overview

Taking care of your eyes is another important component of good health, which is why Caterpillar offers comprehensive vision coverage through Vision Service Plan (VSP). The premiums for the vision benefits are included with the medical plan premium.

You may use any provider you want, but you’ll pay less if you use one of the 37,000 VSP Premier Program providers. In addition, VSP in-network providers will submit claims on your behalf.

Create an Online Account

To make the most of your benefit, create an account at vsp.com so you can review your coverage, view claims and receive special offers and coupons.

No ID Card

VSP doesn’t issue ID cards. Instead, just tell your provider that you have VSP, or print a paper card at vsp.com.

Vision and Medical Coverage are Bundled Together

If you enroll in a Caterpillar medical plan, you and your covered dependents will automatically be enrolled in the vision benefits.
