If you are enrolled in a Consumer-Directed Health Plan (CDHP), prescription medications covered under the plan count toward your deductible. This means you pay the full cost of prescriptions until your deductible is met.

Certain preventive medications are covered before you meet your deductible. If your medication is listed on the Caterpillar CDHP Preventive Drug List, you pay the co-pay or co-insurance amount, whether or not your deductible has been met.
