Here’s how virtual visits are covered:

| BCBS National or UHC Choice Plus (PPO) | The Caterpillar health care plan will cover virtual visits through approved providers at no cost to you. Virtual visits with your regular doctor’s office are covered subject to your medical plan benefits. |
| UHC Consumer Choice (CDHP) or UHC Consumer Max (CDHP) | Due to IRS rules, the Caterpillar health care plan will cover virtual visits through approved providers or virtual or telehealth visits with your regular doctor’s office — subject to your medical plan benefits, but usually $50 or less. |
