Telehealth

Telehealth visits save you time and money – you can talk with a doctor by video or phone 24/7 whether you’re at work, home or traveling. Telehealth doctors can treat and prescribe medications for everyday illnesses like the flu, sinus infections, a cough and a lot more.

As part of our efforts to support employees during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Caterpillar healthcare plan will cover telehealth visits at no cost to participants for the remainder of 2020.

Caterpillar's UnitedHealthcare plan options offer telehealth visits (also known as "Virtual Visits"), and our Blue Cross Blue Shield plan option offers them through their vendor MDLIVE. (International Assignees: For telehealth resources under the Cigna Global plan, see the ISE section.)
