The EAP is a confidential service that offers assignees and their family members outreach, counseling, coaching and other supportive services. Services are available by phone or face-to-face appointments in one’s home or host country. All EAP services are free of charge and completely confidential.
When your global relocation is initiated, a representative specializing in working with our international assignees will reach out by phone and email to invite you for a predeparture consultation. The goal is to assess for any specific unmet needs, provide counseling and coaching and then make referrals to helpful resources. You also receive quarterly outreach emails and newsletters to “check in” and provide helpful information.
